2. Hotel Substitution: If the chosen hotel is unavailable during final booking, a similar-category hotel of the same standard will be provided.
3. Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel discretion and cannot be guaranteed. Requests can be made on your behalf.
4. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in the package cost. You may purchase it separately. Dreamsky Holidays is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, thefts, flight delays, or cancellations.
5. Permit Charges: Fees for video or camera permits are to be borne directly by the guest.
6. Personal Expenses: All personal expenses, including shopping, food, beverages, and additional transfers, are the guest’s responsibility.
7. Visa Approval: Visa approval is at the discretion of the respective embassy. Dreamsky Holidays is not responsible for refusals. Visa processing fees are non-refundable.
8. Surcharges: Additional charges may apply during events, trade shows, peak seasons, or blackout dates.
9. Airport Taxes: Airport taxes must be paid directly at international airports.
10. Transfers and Sightseeing: Transfers and sightseeing follow the itinerary and cannot be altered for disposal purposes.
11. Airfare: Airfare is subject to change based on airline schedules. Final availability will be confirmed only after booking. Seat allocation depends on airline policies.
12. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds or cancellations will follow hotel and airline policies.
13. Flight Delays or Cancellations: The airline is responsible for accommodating passengers in the event of delays or cancellations.
14. Gala Dinners: Gala dinner charges for Christmas and New Year’s Eve must be paid directly to the hotel.
15. Honeymoon Facilities: Honeymoon amenities (flower arrangements, cakes, sparkling wine) require a wedding card at check-in. Availability and offerings vary by hotel and may incur additional charges.
16. Gratuities: Tips for drivers and guides are optional but customary in certain destinations.
17. GST: A mandatory 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied as per Indian government regulations.
18. Role of Dreamsky Holidays: Dreamsky Holidays acts as a booking facilitator and does not guarantee hotel room quality, bed type, check-in/check-out flexibility, or food standards.
19. Agreement to Terms: By booking a package, customers accept our terms and conditions and waive rights to cancellations, refunds, or compensation due to third-party service issues (hotels, airlines, or ground handlers).
20. Hotel Package Terms: Packages are subject to hotel discretion and may change without notice.
21. Gala Dinner Policies: Gala dinners for New Year’s Eve and Christmas are mandatory per hotel policies.
22. Complimentary Activities: Complimentary activities depend on resort policies. Guests should consult the concierge to avail of such benefits.
23. Hotel Recommendations: While Dreamsky Holidays provides global hotel recommendations, we encourage guests to research independently as we cannot guarantee services or amenities.
24. Payment Policy: Once a package is booked with Dreamsky Holidays, it falls under our cancellation policy, requiring full payment before departure or check-in.
